Steve Prager is a great choice for you because he has experience being a DA , and now uses that to help people defend themselves. Mr.Prager has one thing in mind , and that’s to make whatever you’re fighting to disappear or get you the most realistic outcome. When I was offered a deal Mr.Prager suggested I take it seeing it may the best way to put my alleged DV behind me , but the second I communicated that I didn’t feel right accepting it because I knew the truth and that these false allegations were fabricated , he didn’t hesitate to let me know the real and possible outcomes winning or losing and the chance we had on our defense based on my deposition of the incident ! Mr.Prager is very kind and relatable, he is a busy man as he runs his firm as the only attorney but that’s what makes it feel more personal and when he has time he will get back to you. He works with you financially as long as you’re realistic, communicate and not take advantage of his generosity. He seasoned so he knows what motions to call to feel out the DA during process . He even is refunding me, I believe, a portion of my trial fee as we did not have to go to trial due to the alleged victim not cooperating and showing up ! Wow. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I personally had a long drawn out legal battle for about 9ish months. Mr. Prager was actually the only person to listen to my side of the story. Every step of the way he had multiple strategies.
